How My Resolutions Are Working Or Failing
In January I made 4 resolutions 1 Personal, 1 School, 1 Local/Community and1 Global.
My personal goal was to walk to school more. This will help the world and me because there will be less gas fumes in the air if I am not being driven around. This will also help me because it will give me more exercise. It has been about 40% successful. Unfortunately I only walked to school when I could not catch my bus
I think that I have not been successful with this goal because I was still a bit tired in the morning so I was lazy. I can try again in September
My resolution to respect people’s differences was my school goal. I won’t try to change a person and I will respect them for who they are. This has been successful! I think I have succeeded with this goal because I remembered the saying to treat people how you would like to be treated. That is not how I would like to be treated.
The resolution I had for Local/Community is to volunteer at the S.P.C.A. This will help out because the S.P.C.A. will have two more helping hands that love animals. I was 0% successful because we have not been to the S.P.C.A. since we got our cat there:( I don’t think that this goal is going to work out for me.
Last but definitely not least is my global goal!! I wanted to recycle more. This will help because it will keep the world cleaner=) This goal has been 90% successful. I think it has not been 100% successful because I have still been a bit to lazy 10 % of the time and then I just throw it out:( One thing that I know is that I will make it up to 100%. I will not give up on this one!
